QStat library fork (temporarily)

We recently forked the original QStat library from qstat.org because we needed to make some additions to the sources, but there were no activities either on the qstat mailinglists or the project itself. So we decided to do things our own as long as no one cares about the original project. We will merge sources to QStat.org once we get access or lifesigns from/to this project.
