PwnGameReader shows OGame RSS feeds on your Androids desktop. Where most standard RSS readers are not capable of reading OGame feeds, PwnGameReader is highly optimized to display OGame feeds: spying, news, combat, coordinates, filters, aggregation, notifications etc. We also have a solution to get the huge OGame RSS link into your mobile (see below).

Steps to get your OGame RSS on the phone:

• Get the "Commander" addon for your OGame account. Some "dark matter" is needed for this.
• Activate the RSS feed for your account. (EN: Settings - General - News) (DE: Einstellungen - Allgemein - Nachrichten)
• (Recommended) Copy and paste the generated Link on this websites form below. You will get a short ID that is much easier to typewrite into your phone.
• Visit Android Market and download our OGame RSS Reader app. Just search for "OGame"
• Start and Configure the widget with your ID/Link/Account.
• Therefore tap and hold a free spot on your mobiles desktop (3x2 squares) -> Select "Widgets" -> Select "PwnGameReader.
• If you get a HTTP 401 authentication error, de- and reactivate your OGame RSS link in OGame account settings. Then try again with the new link. This is a OGame related issue.

Notes:

• Because OGame does not support the use of incremental RSS feeds this application will generate a fair ammount of internet traffic! Make sure you have a mobile data flatrate or enought traffic volume. Usage approx: 100-300 MByte/Month. May vary on usage and update interavls. I am working on RSS diffs via our server as optional feature.
• We will not save or transmit your account data anywhere. Your OGame Username/Pass is only stored locally on your phone to be able to request your RSS feeds. The RSS link that you can post here in order to get a shorthandle does not include your account data. However, you have to trust me on this... And I dont want to lose my reputation.
• A suitable CombatReport parser will be implemented soon
